What’s the best way to make Salad in a Jar? Let’s walk trough it!

The most important thing about Salad in a Jar is that you have to layer your ingredients, in a certain order, for optimal freshness! 

1. Start with the dressing and other wet ingredients, such as tomatoes and cucumbers, on the bottom.


2. Next, add moisture-resistant veggies, like carrots, broccoli, califlower, etc. on top of your wet ingredients.


3. Lastly, top your salad with the protein of your choice, cheeses and any “dry ingredients” such as greens, pasta and crunchies.

Store in the fridge until you’re ready to eat.

4. When you’re ready to eat – shake, shake, shake and ENJOY.
