I have 20 plus years of fitness, sports, and training experience. I hold 3 National Academy of Sports Medicine certifications for Sports Enhancement, Corrective Exercise, and general training. Furthering this is 10 years of martial arts background and instruction, competitive running (qualifications for Warrior Dash World Championships, Finisher of Pikes Peak Ascent), and I have competed in bodybuilding/Physique Competitions.
